Peter & Amanda Hendershot are my paternal great-great grandparents. I have copies of their family records from their 1839 family Bible, which gives the following info on Peter, his wife Amanda Walker, their children and spouses:
Sarah Hendershot, b Jun. 26, 1856, married A. M. Russell at groom's parents' home, Orwell, PA, Jul. 4, 1876.
Sarah Hendershot Russell died at the home of her daughter, Gertrude Stone at Conklin, NY, Nov. 1, 1931; buried at North Orwell, PA, Nov. 4, 1931.
A.M. Russell died at his home, Nichols, PA; buried North Orwell, PA.
