James H. Ady, 84, a retired welder died Sunday, Dec. 4, 1977.
Mr. Ady was born Aug. 20, 1892, in Woodsfield, Ohio, the son of Joshua and Martha Ady and formerly operated a welding shop on Lincoln Ave. in East Palestine. He also had been employed at the Metropolitan Brick Co. plant east of Negley.
He later made his home in Clarkson and also in Calcutta.
His first wife, the former Grace B. Wheaton, whom he married May 4, 1913 died Oct. 6, 1950. On Aug. 20, 1951, he married Georgianna Chaffee who died Dec., 30, 1974.
He leaves a sister, Mrs. Ida Osburne of Salem.
