Keith Edward Whatley is survived by Kelley Whatley of Bivins, Texas; his parents, Hershell and Norma Jean Whatley of Kildare, Texas;two sons, Timmy Whatley and his wife Julie of Bivins, Texas
Mickey Whatley of Bivins, Texas; one daughter, Hiliary Mathers and her husband , James of Texarkana, Texas; a brother, Bruce Whatley of Jefferson, Texas; a sister, Rhonda Surratt of Kildare, Texas; Keith is also survived by three grandchildren, Gage, Cason, and Easton Whatley all of Bivins, Texas.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Heather Whatley.
He was employed with BKR Construction, and was a member of Savanah Baptist Church.
He was also a member of the District #1 Volunteer Fire Department.

Services:Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, November 18, 2007 at the Hanner Funeral Chapel.
