Aaron Carl Jacobson, 90, passed away March 12, 1994 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born August 31, 1903 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Aaron Carl and Melva Estella Cherry Jacobson. He married Laura DeLone Emery; later divorced. He married Josephine Shepherd October 2, 1936 in Osgood, Idaho; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. High priest in the LDS Church. Truck driver and auto mechanic.

Survived by wife of Salt Lake City; DeLone Ester and Donald Shupe, Gerald and JoDee, all of Salt Lake City; Aaron Carl and Ronnie of Elko, Nevada; 24 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, James Harold of Salt Lake City, Walter Cherry of So. Jordan, Wanda Cherry Thalman of Las Vegas, Marvin Cherry of Holladay, Utah; Laura Caroline Beesley of Salt Lake City.

Preceded in death by sister, Melva Romania Rich. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 16, 1994, 12 noon at the Haven LDS Ward Chapel, 2280 South 300 East. Friends may call Tuesday, 6-8 p.m. at Memorial Estates Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East, and Wednesday one hour prior to services at the church. Interment, Sunset Gardens of the Valley.
