Rose M. Everhart,nee Poertner,59,Pacific,died Thursday,April 2,1998,at St. John's Mercy Hospital,Washington.Mrs. Everhart,daughter of the late Elmer Poertner and wife Stella,nee Barnes,was born June 8,1938,at Eureka.She received her education at the Allenton School.
On March 21,1959,she was married to Frank Everhart at Clayton.She was a homemaker,and her hobbies included going to rummage sales.Mrs.Everhart was of the Baptist faith.In addition to her parents,she was preceded in death by one son,Timothy Everhart;and two brothers,Elmer Poertner Jr. and Clarence Poertner.Mrs.Everhart is survived by her husband,Frank Everhart.Pacific;four sons,Terry Everhart and wife Glenda,Pacific,Frank Everhart Jr.,Robertsville,Dennis Everhart and wife Debbie,Pacific,and Steve Everhart,Pacific;
one daughter,Stella Duvall and husband Robert,Pacific;three brothers,Jim Poertner,Pacific Donnie Poertner and wife
Eloise,Allenton,and Dale Poertner and wife Jeanette,Eureka;
16 grandchildren;other relatives and many friends.Funeral
services were held Monday,April 6,at Nieburg-Vitt Thiebes Funeral Home,Pacific,with Rev. Earlwood Towne
