Mrs. Armstrong Rites Thursday

Funeral services for Mrs. Lou Meyers Armstrong, 78, who died at 10:45 a.m., Tuesday at her home on Hanceville 2, where she had moved from Decatur about a year ago, will be held at 2:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Fairview Baptist Church in Decatur. Rev. Lee Franklin will be the officiating minister.

Burial will be in the Roselawn cemetery, Mutual Service of Decatur directing.

The body will remain at the Mutual Service funeral home until time for services Thursday.

Mrs. Armstrong, a member of the Fairview Baptist Church, is survived by: her husband, W.E. Armstrong; four daughters, Mrs. Cleve Narmore and Mrs. Evelyn Terry, both of Decatur; Mrs. Howard Skinner, Columbus, Ga; and Mrs. Wendell Banks, of Michigan; a son, William Meyers, of Illinois; a sister, Mrs. John Rutherford, of Tennessee; two brothers, Charlie Nichols and Frank Nichols, both of Rome, Ga; and other relatives.
