Etta's name is mispelled. Her name was Etta Jane she was 77 when she died. She was a resident of 109 Main in Woodward and died in the Mooreland Hospital on thurs evening after an illness of several days.
Mr and Mrs Edward Hibpshman homesteaded near Gage Ok in 1901 later moving to Covington in 1924 they moved back to Woodwardin 1944. She was a member of United Bretheran Church.
She was survived by 3 nephews Eugene Smith, Three Sands, George Smith, Port Humene Calif, Robert K Smith, Tulsa and two nieces Mrs Winfred Maxey, San Francisco Calif. and Mrs Florence Willis, Guymon. All will be present for her funeral.
Funeral services were held in the Chapel of Armstrong Funeral Home on Sun afternoon Nov 17,1946 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev C C Grunewald officiating.
