She was the daughter of Mr. McMasters and Catharine Estle. She married first to Enoch/Enix Anderson about 1843 in Littleton, West Virginia. After his death, she married second to Matthew Carney on 3 January 1874 in Wetzel County, W. Virginia. Levina wrote a will on 23 September 1877 and probably died shortly afterwards.
She is on the 1850 census with Enoch and 3 of her children: Sarah A., Daniel L., and Thomas. She is on the 1860 census with Enoch and 4 of her children: Daniel L, James M., Elizabeth and Sarah. She is on the 1870 census as a widow with 3 of her children: James M., Elizabeth and William S. Anderson.

A visit to this cemetery in June 2014 confirmed that there is no legible marker for Levina. There are some illegible markers and one of these may be hers. Therefore, there is no inscription available.
