Funeral services for Mrs. Winnie Mae Allen, 94, of Monroe, formerly of Spencer, LA will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, April 1, 2011 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe with Reverends Wayne Evans and Betty Swanson officiating. Interment will follow at Liberty Cemetery in Linville, LA.

Mrs. Allen was born on June 29, 1916 in Columbia, Louisiana and passed away on March 30, 2011 in Monroe, LA.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Calvin Allen.

Mrs. Allen is survived by her son Malcolm Allen and wife, Virginia of Texarkana, TX; daughters, Evelyn Kemper of Monroe, LA, and Elaine Allen of El Dorado, Arkansas; and son Danny Allen and wife, Gerri of Marion, LA; and 6 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the time of service at 2:00 PM, Friday, April, 1, 2011 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.
