Meredith Nolan Clark, age 79 of Canton, Texas passed away July 28, 2009. He was born February 21, 1930 in Little Elm, Texas to Willie Mable (Grant) and Edgar Eugene Clark. On May 5, 1952 in Dallas, Texas, he married Glenna Jo Epps. Meredith is a member of the Church of Christ. Meredith is survived by his wife, Glenna Clark of Canton, Texas; children, Meredith Nolan, Jr. "Chip" and his wife Zayjean of Tyler, Texas, Toy Clark Wright and her husband, George of Flower Mound, Texas, Glen Clark and his wife Arlene of Allen, Texas, Rebecca Clark and her husband, David Kinkead of Albuquerque, New Mexico; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; brother, Clifford Owen "Pete" Clark and his wife Tisser of Frisco, Texas; several nieces and nephews. Meredith is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Edgar "Gene" Clark, Marion Clark, and Bertis "Sleepy" Clark. A Funeral Service will be held at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Frisco on Friday, July 31, 2009 at 10:00 AM, with Brother David Bell officiating. Interment will follow at Little Elm Cemetery. The family will receive friends during a visitation at the Funeral Home in Frisco on Thursday, July 30, 2009 beginning at 6:00 PM.
