EDMOND — Rev. George McCoy, 69, Jones, died Saturday in his home. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday in Jones High School Auditorium, with burial in Jones IOOF Cemetery under direction of Baggerley Funeral Home. Mr. McCoy was born in Garnet Kan., and moved to Jones in 1897. He was minister of the Assembly of God Church, Jones and a World War I Veteran. Survivors include his wife. Laura; three daughters, Mrs. Raymond White, Greenville, Texas , Mrs. Melvin Flowers and Mrs. Bill Moore, both of Jones; a son, Dale, Jones, and two brothers, Sam, 220 SE 17, and Will, Jones.
