Willie Gordon Anderson, 41, died Sunday morning at his home in the Highland Community. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Zola Simpkins Anderson; his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Henry Jordan Anderson, all of Highland; four brothers, L.W. Anderson, Leesburg; Robert C. Anderson, Germany; Jake H. Anderson, Korea, and Samuel Anderson, Baltimore; three sisters, Mrs. Lena Duncan, Salem; Mrs. Myrtle Dehart, Troutville; Mrs. Eliza Sink, Dublin; a half-sister, Mrs. Mary Brown, Pearisburg. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Highland Methodist Church conducted by the Rev. Charlie Woolwine. Burial will be In the family cemetery. The body win remain at Strickler's Funeral Home until one hour before the service.
