Funeral services for Lisa Marie Crosby Bacon, 30, of Pelion, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at Fish Hatchery Church of God. Officiating will be Rev. Wendell Hendrix. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Tuesday evening August 25, 2009, at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington.

Lisa passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2009, born in West Columbia she is the daughter of Norris Crosby, Jr. and Rita Marie Stokes Lawson and Henry Hughes. She was a lifetime area resident and attended Dolorosa Worship Center. She enjoyed camping, boating, music, swimming, dancing, bonfires and cook-outs.

Surviving are her mother, Rita Lawson of Pelion and her father, Norris Crosby, Jr. of Gaston; sons, Tyler Bacon of Pelion and Cameron Vogler of Pelion; sisters, Crystal Donahue of Blythewood, Jennifer Kleine of Asheville, NC, Jessica Kirkland of Irmo, Ashley Jordan of Lexington; brothers, Brad Crosby of Fort Gordon, GA and Michael Lawson of Pelion; step-brother, Chris Hughes; nieces, Lexi Smith, MacKenzie Smith, Hannah Lucas and Daytona Crosby; nephews, Caleb Spring, Blake Lawson, Ryan Crosby and Gavin Hughes.
