This is the first break in the Pierce family and their many friends are extending their most heartfelt sympathy. The baby was a bright child. The other children who survived are his twin sister, Laura Mary, an older brother, Bert, and an older sister Majorie, who now ill at the Pierce home with a slight attack of scarelt fever.
Owning to this sickness no funeral services will hled, except a brief burial service at the grave. Rev. Perdue will have charge of the service at the cemetery.
