Sharolyn (Swan) Liedtke, 73, a retired realtor, formerly of Gary, IN, passed away peacefully on July 9, 2009, in Austin, TX.
She was a talented artist who was passionate about her family and her many hobbies. Sharolyn attended Horace Mann High School and the University of Indiana where she met the love of her life, Chuck Liedtke. They married in 1955 and had three sons.
Sharolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Liedtke who died at age 44; her parents, George and Magdelene Swan; and her brothers, Jay, Phillip and James Swan.
Those of us who remain behind to cherish her memories are her devoted sons and their families, Larry and Peg Liedtke of Austin, TX; Jeff and Maryann Liedtke of Pittsburgh, PA, Scott and Cara Liedtke of Austin, TX; her brother, Richard Swan and his wife Charlene of Claire, MI; her cherished grandchildren, Kayla, Colleen, Corissa, and Nick Liedtke; and countless good friends.
