Elizabeth A. Forbes, 73 of Sandy Hook, MS died Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30a.m. on Saturday, November 17 at Sandy Hook Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky Daugherty and Rev. Michael Knippers officiating. Burial will be at the Sandy Hook Baptist Church Cemetery in Sandy Hook, MS. Hathorn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be held from 5:00p.m. – 9:00p.m. on Friday, November 16, 2012 at Sandy Hook Baptist Church.
Mrs. Forbes is survived by her sons: Frederick Earnest "Ricky" Forbes (Kalinda) of Pascagoula, MS, Malcolm "Eddie" Forbes (Shannon) of Sandy Hook, MS; daughter Mary "Tina" Martin (Michael) of Sandy Hook, MS; brother Herbert Berry of Sandy Hook, MS; sisters: Janet Whitehead of Jackson, MS and Peggy Rayborn of Millbrook, AL; 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Fred E. Forbes.
Pallbearers include: Brian Stringer, David Martin, Darrell Chancellor, Glen Spell, Doyle Ball, and Dereck Whitehead.
