Theresa Prince, a lifelong resident of Mobile, died Monday at a local hospital. She was 78.
Survivors include her daughter, Peggy Day of Mobile; two sons, Billie Carey and Henry Carey; two sisters Theresa Williams and Mary Rice of Tuscaloosa; a brother Val Young of Columbus, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 11 a.m. until the noon service at New Testament Holiness Church, 2729 Reaves St. Burial will be in Rising Sun Cemetery. Samuel L. Jackson's Funeral Directors on Cody Road is in charge of arrangements.
