Houston – Mary Grace House Stovall passed away on Feb. 22, 1997 at Trace Regional Hospital in Houston. She was 84.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, Feb. 23 at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. James Tidwell officiating. Burial followed at Bethel Cemetery. Houston Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Born on May 2, 1912 to the late Robert Allison House and the late Hettie Frances Gordon House, Stovall was a homemaker and a member of the Bethel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, who passed away on March 12, 1990.
She is survived by one daughter, Miss Carole Jean Stovall of Houston.
Pallbearers included Bobby Naron, Jim Gordon, Ricky Smith, Gary McQuary, Joe Bullock and box Mixon.
