The former Veronica Mullen was born on September 28, 1908 in Lansing, IA to the late Thomas and Delia Mullen. She married Kerr Manning in Wexford, Iowa in 1927. He died on May 8, 1971.
Survivors include two brothers, John Mullen of La Crosse and Joseph Mullen of Waukon, Iowa.
Funeral services began on Wednesday morning, December 26, 1984 at the Wistein Funeral Home in Merrill followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church. Father James Kraker officiated and burial took place at St. Francis Cemetery, Merrill.
The Wistein Funeral Home of Merrill was in charge of the arrangements.
