SHELBY CARROLL BERRY

Shelby Carroll Berry, 59, died February 26 at Methodist Medical Center in Jackson. He was a resident of New Hebron and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He was chief draftsman for Mississippi Valley Gas in Jackson for 33 years. He was the son of Christine Little Berry and Luis Shelby Berry.

Services were help at Saulters-Moore Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Simpson County with Saulters- Moore Funeral Home in charge.

Pallbearers were Jimmy Harris, Ottis Harris, Arte Moore, Joe Sharp, Chris Saxton, ans James Earl Berry.

He is survived by his wife, Marla Jo Berry of New Hebron; two sons, Russ Berry (residence unknown) and Karlton Berry of Atlanta, Georgia. His mother, Christine Berry of New Hebron and two grandchildren.
