Mrs. Goodwin lived in the Northeast Florida for many years and played the organ at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Green Cove Springs for many years. She also enjoyed playing the French horn. Though her family was always her first priority, in later years she loved to travel, going to Ireland, New York, Hawaii, and the Bahamas, among other exciting places.
The family will meet friends for a visitation will be a visitation Sunday, August 27, 2006 at Craig Funeral Home from 3 to 4:00 PM.
A Graveside Service will be held Monday, August 28, 2006 at 11:00 am at Hickory Grove Cemetery located on the Southside of Highway 16, west of U.S. 17 in Green Cove Springs, Florida
Survivors: include her daughter: Mary (Dennis) Larimore, son, John D. Goodwin, Jr., 3 Grandchildren, and 4 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Goodwin, Sr. and her sister: Connie Daugherty.
