SYLVANIA - Mrs. Euldine Hotchkiss Howell died Oct. 17 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro. She was born in Bulloch County and was the widow of Roy Lee Howell. She was chief voter registrar for Screven County the past 20 years, a member of Black Creek United Methodist Church in Sylvania, Eastern Star and the Hunters Farm Bureau. SURVIVORS: a daughter and son-in-law, Judy H. and Alan Biegeleisen of Sylvania; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jack and Juanita Hotchkiss of Marion, Iowa, and Garris and Dot Hotchkiss of Statesboro; two grandchildren, Christina Suzanne Biegeleisen of Sylvania and Leah Victoria Biegeleisen of Atlanta; and a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Harold and Betty Howell of Statesboro. SERVICE: 2 p.m. Saturday at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home, burial in Screven County Mem. Cemetery.
