Funeral services for J.T. Bradford, 74, of Chandler, who died Friday morning following a paralysis stroke, were held at 10:00 o'clock Saturday morning at the Baptist church at Edom with burial in Edom cemetery. Services were conducted by Rev. Webb Hart.
Born in Tennessee, the deceased came to Texas many years ago and had resided in the Chandler country for the past twenty years.
Surviving are two sisters: Mrs. Laura Majors and Mrs. R.E. Barron of Chandler and three sons, J.A.,J.C. and R.L. Bradford of Chandler.
Mr. Bradford was ill only a short time. He suffered a stroke at 6 p.m. Thursday and died at 4:45 Friday morning.
