Word was received by relatives here Thursday of the tragic death of Dr B J Terrell, of Indianapolis. No details of the accident are known at this time. Funeral services were conducted at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon and burial was made at Indianapolis. This is the second death in the family in about four weeks, the youngest brother, Stanley B, having passed away at that time. Those attending the funeral from this neightborhood included a sister, Mrs Millie Terrell and Paul Terrell, of New Vienna, Mr and Mrs Homer Haines, of New Burlington, Dr and Mrs F R Terrell and Chas W Terrell, of this place (Lynchburg, Ohio).
