Word has been received of the death of A.B. Blair who was sheriff of this county from 1907 to 1912. For some years Mr. Blair was a resident of Marion. He was born in Ohio 68 years ago. He was a resident of Belle Plaine for many years, prior to being elected sheriff and was engaged in railroad work. He is survived by his widow, one son, Earl, Chicago, and one daughter, Mrs. C.A. Tracy, Hudson, Wis.
