Jed Fred, nine-months-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Graba of Meadow township, died suddenly last Thursday morning, December 20. The little son was found dead in his bed that morning and the shock was indeed a heavy one to the bereaved parents in the loss of their only child.
Jed was born on May 9, 1951 and is survived by his parents, Fred and Gladys Graba; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Ostlund; grandmother, Mrs. Hannah Graba and other relatives.
Funeral services were held at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Sebeka Sunday, December 23 at 1:00 o'clock with Rev. R.E. Anderson officiating. Hymms during the services were rendered by Mrs. Russell Nelson with Mrs. Earl Hendrickson accompanist. Interment was made in the Evergreen cemetery in Meadow township.
