Services for John D. Anders, 88, of Natchez, who died Monday, Nov. 1, 1993, at his residence, will be 11 a.m. today at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Stancil officiating.
Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of the funeral home.
He was born in Franklin County, the son of Edmond Rowan Anders and Jemima Viola Davis Anders.
He was retired from the Mississippi Highway Department, and was a member of Riverside Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Grace Keller Anders; three step-sons, Audrey Rogers of Jackson, Douglas Rogers and Oscar Rogers, both of Natchez; one step daughter, Ella Grace O'Quinn of Natchez; two sisters, Mary Gray of Natchez and Eunice Catoire of Prairieville, La.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Patrick Anders, Sr., L.A. Davis, Steve Hill, Oscar Rogers, Mark Bryant, and Jeff O'Quinn.
