Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
A housewife, Mrs. Barrett was born in Denton County. She had been an area resident for 52 years, living in Perryton for the past four years.
Mrs. Barrett was a member of the First Baptist Church in Stinnett.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Elwin Larkey of Perryton and Mrs. Bessie Mae Griffin of Stinnett; one sister, Ruth Rector of Sanger; three brothers, John J. Dean of Little Rock, Ark., Marcus Dean of Sanger, Albert Dean of Henderson; 11 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Barrett was preceded in death by her husband, A.S., and her son, Ralph.
The family will be staying at 1100 Morse in Stinnett.
