MOORE, PARKS C. - age 86, of Knoxville, died Sunday, August 16, 2009 at his home. Member of Reunion Baptist Church. Veteran of WWII and retired from Reeder Chevrolet. Preceded in death by parents, Nelson and Martha Moore; 14 brothers and sisters. Survivors: wife, Loretta Moore, of Knoxville; daughter, Sandra Daniels, of Cincinnati, OH; 3 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Stevens Chapel with Rev. Claude Fergerson officiating. Family and friends will meet 12:45 p.m. Thursday at Felts Chapel Cemetery in Corbin, KY for a 1:00 p.m. graveside service and internment. The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Stevens Mortuary, Oglewood Avenue at North Broadway.
