Bob was the son of Chauncey Edgar and Mary Catherine Cushman Medsker.

He married Chrisine Elinor DeHart on April 20, 1935.

Father of Shan DeHart, Sallie Rose and Robert Harold Medsker.

OBITUARY:

Robert C. Medsker, 66, prominent Sullivan County farmer, of Merom R1, died at 3 pm. Monday at Mary Sherman Hospital, where he had been a patienty since June 24, after suffering an apparent attack at his home.

He was a member of the Graysville Masonic Lodge, Sullivan Elks Lodge, a director of the Sullivan County Farm Bureau, and a director of the Sullivan County REMC.

Surviving are the widow, Christine; two sons, Shan, Merom R1; and Harold, at home; a daughter, Mrs. Sally Unger, New Lebanon; two sisters, Mrs. Emmett Nowlin, Merom R1, and Pauline Medsker, Sullivan, and five grandchildren.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Tennis Funeral Home, with the Rev. Ben Merold and Rev. Arthur Fields officiating.
