Mrs. Beaver died Friday, Aug. 14.
She was born May 8, 1934, to O.B. Baker and Ethel Susa Riddle-Baker and raised at the Methodist Children's Home in Waco. She graduated from Baylor University and married Harold Beaver. She had a career in teaching.
She is preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Dean Baker, and her husband.
Mrs. Beaver is survived by a son, Galen Beaver; daughter, Elizabeth Chaffin; four grandchildren; one grandchild; three sisters, Mary Jo Whitacre, Ina Fletcher and Coleta Underwood; and a brother.
