ARNOLD, Ralph Douglas, 58, of Manchester, Tennessee died Sunday, April 5, 1998 following a brief illness at Medical Center of Manchester. A native of Warren County, Tennessee he was the son of the late J.T. Arnold and Alda Hobbs Arnold. He was a foreman at Thomas and Associates in LaVergne, Tennessee and was with the U.S. Army Reserves, Rank E4. He is survived by his wife, Linda Arnold, Manchester; one son, Jeffrey Scott Arnold, Manchester; two daughters, Brenda Jenkins, Manchester, Tracy Arnold, Manchester; mother, Alda Arnold, Manchester; one brother, Ray Arnold, Manchester; two sisters, Carolyn Smith, Tullahoma, Tennessee, Linda McAfee, Decherd, Tennessee and eight grandchildren. Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 7, 1998 at Coffee County Funeral Chapel Dr. Brenton Cox officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens, Coffee County, Tennessee. Coffee County Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
