He was born March 27, 1926 in Spring Lake, Utah to Arthur Lund Twede and Thelma Gasser Twede.
He graduated from the University of Utah in 1952 and served in the US Army Air Corps during World War II. He was appointed a Special Agent of the FBI in 1952, where he served until his retirement in 1976.
Lynn was active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and held many positions.
He is survived by his wife, Laurelie Malan Twede whom he married in 1947. The couple have three surviving sons, Lorin (Regina), Brian (Claudia), Evan (Bobette), 18 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 17, 2009 at 12:00 noon in the Valley View Stake Center, 2000 East 3900 South, East Millcreek, where friends may call on Sunday from 6-8 p.m. and on Monday from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m.
Interment: Wasatch Lawn.
