Olive Branch was the daughter of William Henry & Elvira "Ella" Coombs Branch. She married Herbert West Millburn on April 22, 1897 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They were the parents of Aurelia, Jennie Ruth, John Herbert, Frank Branch and Ralph Millburn. They later divorced.

Olive married Martin Horton Graham (evidence for the marriage of Martin with Olive Branch Millburn is provided by the 24 Jan 1934 death certificate of Martin, in Salt Lake City, stating marital status of married and name of spouse as Olive, with relocation of the remains to Provo for burial-it's presumed next to his first wife Marilla Daniels).

Although Olive & Herbert had been divorced, they are buried beside each other and her surname is shown as Millburn rather than Graham in the cemetery records.
