Mrs. Sarah Barwick Terrell - an 88 year-old native of Hapeville, GA and resident of Chickasaw, AL passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2009. She formerly worked at Rose's Department Store in Chickasaw for over ten years and retired from McRae's after ten years of service. She was a member of the Southern Company Energizers. Mrs. Terrell was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Raymond Leonard Terrell, Jr. She is survived by her children, Raymond L. Terrell, III (Diane) of Chickasaw, James S. Terrell (Terry Jo) of Walpole, NH, Thomas L. Terrell, Sr. (Lavonne) of Chunchula, Sarah Elizabeth Clark (Samuel E.) of Satsuma, and Leslie C. Terrell of Eagle Point, OR; sister-in-law, Betty Jane (Joe) Spier of Morrow, GA; 14 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Thursday, March 26, 2009 at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 noon until the service hour.
