W. IRVING SKIPPER , age 88, of Little Rock passed away Sunday, May 7, 2000. He was born in 1911 at Solgohachia, Ark., and raised at England, Ark. He was a well-known professional photographer within the industry and owner of Videotone Film Productions. He also served as head of advertising for Sterling Department Stores for approximately 30 years beginning in 1929.

He is survived by his wife, Nila Livingston Skipper of Little Rock; and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.

Graveside services will be 12 p.m. Thursday, May 11th, at Roselawn Cemetery with Dr. John Wright officiating. Pallbearers will be R.L. Nix, Jimmy Skipper , James Skipper , Carl Hiatt, Sonny Hiatt, Walton Krissel, and Kevin Sears.
