Mrs. Taliaferro, a native of Norfolk, was the widow of John Catlett Taliaferro. She was a member of Fairmont Park United Methodist Church and Ocean View Senior Citizens Club.
Survivors include a daughter, Shirley Drury of Chesapeake; a sister, Lena Moore of Waynesboro, Va.; two brothers, Walter F. Culpepper of Norfolk and Fred E. Culpepper of Portsmouth; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. Karl L. Crowe. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. today in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel.
