Martha Jean Cook was the only child born to Ruth N McCullough and her 1st husband, Robert Jackson 'Jack' Cook.

No obituary has been found to-date, but there is a lovely Dedication Page in the Elyria High School Yearbook that includes Martha's High School Activities - Latin Club, Rainbow Girls, Future Teachers of America, Glee Club and Y-Teens
