Randolph "Randy" J. Schneider, 49, of N7306 Hwy K. died Tuesday, June 12, 2001, at St. Agnes Hospital.
Randy was born on Sept. 5, 1951, to Norbert and Evelyn Pickart Schneider. On June 23, 1973, he married Martha Schindelholz at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Fond du Lac.
Randy attended Goodrich High School. He was employed at Tecumseh Products in New Holstein until 1997. He enjoyed working on automobiles and was an excellent mechanic. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Survivors include his wife, Martha of Taycheedah; two sons, Andrew J. Schneider and fiancee, Sara Gerlach of Taycheedah and Randy J. and special friend, Martina Haskins; one grandson, Elliot of Fond du Lac; parents, Norbert and Evelyn Schneider of Peebles; five brothers, Ron (Mary) Schneider of Brothertown,
Russell Schneider of Mt. Calvary, Rocky Schneider of Fond du Lac, Rory Schneider of Fond du Lac and Rodger (Jean) Schneider of Lamartine; six sisters, Joy (Gerald) Nett of Stockbridge, Jackie (Paul) Deanovich of Fond du Lac, Janice (Ken) Nett of Charlesburg, Jerolyn (Willie) Carter of Colorado, Julie(Wilbert) Sparks of Fond du Lac and Joelene Broennimann of Fond du Lac; and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; one brother, Rick; and his father-in-law.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis Budka officiating. Entombment will be at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum.
Visitation: Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Memorials may be directed to the family. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
