Frances Spicer Marshall, 82, of Louisa, went to be with our Lord on November 16, 2005. She was a member of Louisa Presbyterian Church. She was a graduate of Mineral High School and Johnston Willis Hospital School of Nursing. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Howard L. Marshall; a daughter, Nancy M. Seilheimer and her husband, Ed; two sons, William N. Marshall and his wife, Beverly, and Alan Marshall and his wife, JoAnn; a brother, Louis M. Spicer Jr.; and seven grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday, November 18, 2005 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Woodward Funeral Home, Louisa, Virginia, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2005 at 10 a.m., with Rev. Todd McCoy officiating. Burial will follow the service at Hillcrest Cemetery, Louisa, Virginia. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in honor of Frances Spicer Marshall to Louisa Presbyterian Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 522, Louisa, Virginia 23093 or to the American Cancer Society, 4240 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, Va. 23060. Published in Richmond Times-Dispatch on November 18, 2005
