Veteran's Rites Set for Today at Dopkins Chapel: Charles Wesley Baker, resident of this district and a veteran of World War I, passed at the Veterans Administrative Hospital in Fresno Monday evening. A native of Missouri, Baker came to California 15 years ago and had resided on Rural Route 1 for the past 11 years. He was a retired farm labor and was 58 years of age. He leaves his widow, Elizabeth, and one daughter, Mrs. Irene Powers of Dinuba, a son Coy Wayne Baker of Tulare and a son and daughter, Clyde Lewis Baker and Mrs. Violet Cambron, both of Drain, Oregon. A brother Maurice Baker in Oklahoma and eight grandchildren, also survive. Funeral services will be held this morning at 10:30 o'clock at Dopkins Chapel with Rev. J. D. Williams officiating. Internment will be made in Reedley Cemetery
