Funeral services for Mrs. Lula Mae Hillis, age 82, of Flintville, TN, who passed away Thursday, August 13, 2009 at the Lincoln Medical Center, conducted in the chapel of the Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home. Burial in Flintville Cemetery.
Mrs. Hillis was a native of Madison Co., AL, the daughter of the late Dave & Lizzie Holder Painter.
She was a housewife and of the Baptist faith.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Hoyte Hillis in 1975.
Survivors include 2 daughters: Doris Perryman of Lewisburg, TN, Cindy Pitts of Fayetteville, TN; 1 granddaughter: Ashley & Derrick Lankford of Hazel Green, AL; 1 great grandson: Hayden Lankford of Hazel Green, AL.
