"Mrs. Bess Ferris Kimball, 77 years old, died yesterday at the home of a son, Ferris Kimball, 948 Cleveland. She had lived here for 46 years, and was a member of the Western Highlands Presbyterian Church. She was the wife of the late E. R. Kimball, who established the local branch of the Creamery Packaging Manufacturing Company and who died in 1903. Mrs. Kimball was one of the charter members of the Western Highlands study club, and was active in the Hawthorne Parent-Teacher association for a number of years. She was born in Milton, Wis. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Roy Sowles, Portland, Ore, and two other sons, Richard F Kimball, 1509 West Fiftieth, and E. Robert Kimball, Waukesha, Wis."
