She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and was a homemaker who dedicated her life to the care of her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Herman Paul Woods, two brothers John and Don Stratman.
Rosary service were Tuesday June 28, 2005 at Fentress Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass was June 29, 2005 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Fort Smith under the direction of Fentress Mortuary.
She was survived by one daughter LaDonna Charlet of Van Buren; four sons Rodney Woods of Fort Smith; David Woods of Cleveland, Tennessee; Robert McAllister of Springdale and John McAllister of Gravette, Arkansas; two sisters JoAnn Kruse of Norfolk, Nebraska; Louise Weibel of California; ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
