SWEETON, Albert C, 83 of Decherd, died Monday, Feb. 7, 2005, at his home. He was born in Brockdaie, Tenn. son of the late Frank and Bonnie Ashwortn Sweeton. He was the original owner and operator of the Kentucky Fried Chicken store in Tullahoma and was also a dairy farmer. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and member of the East Ridge American Legion Post. He is survived by his wife Dorothy Sweeton, Decherd one son, Alan Sweeton, Tullahoma, and tour grandchildren. Services will be held at 11 a.m. today, Feb. 9, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Tullahoma with Rev. Lewis A. Groce officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The family asks that memorial donations be made to Hospice of the Highland Rim in Tullahoma or the Multi-County Cancer Support Network.
