Helen Rittenhouse and Paris Stark were married 30 Aug 1911 in city of Lancaster, Pa. Rev. D. G. Glass officiated.

Mrs. Helen R. Stark, 86 formerly of York, died at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Quincy Home, Quincy, Franklin County. She was the wife of the late Paris Stark. Mrs. Stark, born in Shenk's Ferry, was a daughter of the late George and Annie Love Rittenhouse. She had lived in York at Broad Park Manor, 440 E. King St., and was a member of Fourth United Methodist Church and Sunday School. Mrs. Stark was also a member of the Woman's Auxiliary of the Salvation Army, the YWCA, and the Christian Business Women. Survivors include: A daughter - Mrs. Fred K. LaMotte, 334 N. Main St., Red Lion. Four grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. A sister - Mrs. Orville Dettinger, 906 Wayne Ave. Her pastor, the Rev. Melvin Geiman Jr. and the Rev. Dr. Earl E. Redding, retired United Methodist Minister, will officiate at funeral services at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Etzbeiler Funeral Home, 1111 E.
