Mrs. Good was a daughter of the late Peter Showaiter and was born December 26, 1841; her age, therefore, was 70 years, 8 months and 8 days. She had been a faithful member of the Church of the Brethren since early womanhood and exercised an uplifting influence for good in the community in which she lived.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, P. B. F. Good of Port Republic; J. S. Good, of Penn Laird, and Ernest W. Good, at home. She also leaves two sisters Mrs. Joseph H. Diehl, of Scott Ford, and Mrs. Amos Diehl, of Nokesville.
The funeral party will meet at the house this afternoon at 2 o'clock and the funeral service will be conducted at the Mill Creek Church of the Brethren at 3 o'clock by Elder H. C. Early.
The pallbearers will be Peter W. Showalter, Edwin Showalter, Dr. C. P. Hararshbarger, J. H.Diehl, Kenny M. Diehl and Isaac Diehl, all nephews of the deceased.
