Clarke Kemper , a former civilian personnel officer for the U.S.Air Force, died Sunday at his home. He was 83.
Kemper was a native of Demopolis and a longtime resident of Mobile. He was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia P. Kemper of Mobile; and one sister, Margaret K. Waters of Montgomery.
Graveside services are set for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Old Spring Hill Cemetery.
