When Albert Norris HORNER was born on October 30, 1830, in Clinton, New York, his father, Eri, was 23 and his mother, Elizabeth, was 17. He married Janette PERHAM on April 3, 1851, in Belvidere, Vermont. He had five children by the time he was 28. He died on November 18, 1862, in Hagerstown, Maryland, at the age of 32, and was buried in Sharpsburg, Maryland.
