Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday for Myron Cady, 79, who died at his home in Ritzville Sunday. Services were held in the Danekas-Duncan funeral chapel with the Rev. F. J. Ahrendt officiating. Interment was at Ritzville Memorial cemetery, with members of the Ritzville lodge, 1010 F and AM officiating at the graveside.
Cady a resident of Adams for the past 49 years, was a retired farmer who moved to Ritzville in 1942 from the Carico hills area. He is survived by his wife Sara, at the home; two daughters, Mrs. Helen Stockman of Spokane and Miss Lucy Cady of Seattle; one son, Robert of Ritzville, and five grandchildren, Gary, Brenda and Robert Cady of Ritzville Mary Lou Swyter and Donald Stockman of Spokane.
He was a Spanish-American war veteran, a member of the Baptist church and a 50-year life member of the the Phoenix lodge No. 13, F and AM of Ypsilanti Michigan.
